At the Moment of Purchase Buyer and Seller will sign a Contract and Our Company as seller will make a request to Turkish Authority ( Standart and Regular Proces for foreign citizens ) to get a permission.
This permission is done in max. 2 months generally and after all selling process can be completed. We sold several Villas ( more than 8 ) to foreign citizens with no problem.
At the Moment of selling process buyer and seller will pay each part 1.5 % of tax which will be approx. 750 Euros in case we declare 50.000 Euros as Value
Buyer will pay also first year Earthquake Tax wihich is 60-70 Euros per year.
Electricity , Water , Telephone and other systems are actually On , Buyer will make request to Municipality to get all these services on proper name after purchasing the property.
